Booking procedure :

To confirm your trip, please make payment of 50% total fee as deposit. If your booking is early, you can make payment of 20% first, then make 30% before Cut-Off date of each below group size.
The remaining amount can be settled on arrival day in Vietnam.

Note: All tour rate is in USD. If you make payment in other currency, USD exchange rate is based on online exchange rate at the time of each payment.

Cancellation policy :

* For group of 6 person or below
0% of total fee will be charged if cancel by 7 days prior to your arrival date
30% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 7-3 days prior to your arrival date
50% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 3- 0 days prior to your arrival date

* For group of 6-10 persons
0% of total fee will be charged if cancel by 14 days prior to your arrival date
20% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 14-10 days prior to your arrival date
30% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 10-7 days prior to your arrival date
50% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 7- 0 days before your arrival date

* For group of 11-15 persons
0% of total fee will be charged if cancel by 21 days prior to your arrival date
20% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 21-14 days prior to your arrival date
30% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 14-7 days prior to your arrival date
50% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 7- 0 days prior to your arrival date

* For group of 16 persons or above
0% of total fee will be charged if cancel by 28 days prior to your arrival date
20% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 28-21 days prior to your arrival date
40% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 21-14 days prior to your arrival date
50% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 14- 7 days prior to your arrival date
60% of total fee will be charged if cancel between 7-0 days prior to your arrival date
